Description
ThiActive B complex contains a full spectrum of B vitamins in their active forms, including methylated folate and vitamin B12. Also included are two highly bioavailable vitamin B1 derivatives, thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide (TTFD) and benfotiamine.

Ingredients
Riboflavin (as Riboflavin 5-Phosphate), Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), Folate (from 200mcg Calcium Folinate and 200mcg Methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (from 200mcg Methylcobalamin and 200mcg Adenosylcobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate), Benfotiamine, Thiamine Tetrahydrofurfuryl Disulfide.

Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), Leucine, Ascorbyl Palmitate.

Useful Information
Serving Size: 1 Capsule. Servings Per Container: 60. Avoid coffee or tea either 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking. Avoid taking it in the afternoon or evening, as it may interfere with your sleep cycle.
