OHP Health Return Policy

  • 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
  • No RMA required. Complete the return form on the Returns page.
  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition received
  • Unused with seal unbroken
  • In original packaging with labels

Include the packing slip or your full name and order number.

Specify in the return form whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
