Order Processing

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing and shipping times may be extended during high-volume periods, including holidays and promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–10 days

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

APO/FPO Addresses
Estimated delivery: 10–14 days

Alaska & Hawaii
Delivery may take up to 5 weeks from the distribution center.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed for international orders
  • Expedited shipping is not available for international shipments
  • Customs clearance times vary and may cause delays beyond our control

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
  • Understanding their country’s regulations regarding dietary supplements

Important Shipping Notice (Tracking & Transit)

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is considered in transit and:

  • Cannot be canceled, intercepted, or recalled
  • Cannot be modified or rerouted
  • Must proceed through the carrier’s delivery process

A delivery attempt must be made by the carrier before any further action can be taken.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

OHP Health is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

OHP Health is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Misplaced after delivery

If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Contacting your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provider (if applicable)

For added security, we recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all labels intact

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

If you have questions about a product you have opened, please contact our customer support team.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Complete the return form on our Returns & Exchanges page
  • No Return Authorization (RMA) required

Please include:

  • Your packing slip or
  • Full name and order number

Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We offer subsidized return labels through our Returns & Exchanges portal at a reduced cost
