"Fortetropin, the main ingredient is a myostatin inhibitor. What this means is when the body produces myostatin, which stops the growth of muscles, fortetropin inhibits this process to help you keep the muscle you have or promote more muscle growth when working out and getting enough protein. I used the regular version, called yolked, but the MYOSMD has even more fortetropin. This is great if you get an injury that inhibits you from working out for a while to keep the muscle on. (Mix this in a shake or smoothie)"
