Dosage

For first time users:

Thiamax: Start with half or quarter of a capsule per day by emptying half of the capsule contents into a small glass of water. Increase the dose every three or four days until you reach one full capsule.
ThiActive B: 1 capsule in the morning with or without food.
ThiAssist Mineral Formula: 1 scoop in the morning one hour away from food, 1 scoop in the afternoon/evening one hour away from food.

Week 3+

Thiamax: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the early afternoon.
ThiActive B: 1-2 capsules in the morning.
ThiAssist Mineral Formula: 1 scoop in the morning one hour away from food, 1 scoop in the afternoon/evening one hour away from food.
