Description
5-MTHF Plus B12 features Quatrefolic® and methylcobalamin in great-tasting, quick-dissolve tablet form. Quatrefolic is the glucosamine salt of 5-MTHF—the most biologically active form of folate that increases plasma folate more effectively than folic acid.
Useful Information
This product supports methylation, nervous system health, and normal cellular proliferation including red blood cells. 5-MTHF does not contribute to unmetabolized folic acid accumulation and supports healthy serum folate levels as well as healthy pregnancy outcomes.
