Povidone Iodine has been used by doctors for decades as an effective antiseptic/antipathogen. Iodine destroys pathogens, bacteria, fungi and parasites. Shake well, spray directly up nostril quickly and firmly. Do not tilt head backward while spraying. Consult a doctor for children under 6 years of age.
